We offer a 30-day refund policy for our digital products. This means you have 30 days after receiving your product delivery via email to request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, please contact us at admin@fxtradingalpha.com. Please include your order number and proof of purchase in your email.

Eligibility & Issues

• Delivery Issues: If you did not receive your delivery email or if the download link is broken, please contact us immediately so we can send it again or fix the access.

• Exclusions: We cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or request a refund for your digital purchase within 14 days of purchase for any reason and without justification.

Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, any associated software licenses or digital access will be deactivated, and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
